- Orders will typically ship in 1-2 business days from New York via UPS Ground. Please allow an additional 1-5 business days after the shipment date for delivery.
- We only ship UPS Ground to the 48 contiguous states and D.C. at this time. Due to high shipping costs and regulations, shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories (such as Puerto Rico and Guam) is currently unavailable from Shaping Room 2000. Shipping outside the 48 contiguous states and D.C. is available from international.s-perfume.com.
- Our shipping and handling charges are FREE for orders over $50.00 in the 48 contiguous states and D.C..
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery on a case by case basis. The customer will be responsible for shipping costs for returned items. We will refund once we receive the item in its original condition and packaging. Please note that the original shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
